Tough critics try….pizza bases!

As part of our new Design Technology unit, class 2J became food critics for the afternoon. Our task? To try out different types of bread and see which one would be the most suitable base for our pizzas! We agreed that it had to be flat, with plenty of space for all of our preferred toppings. The choice was between bagels, brown bread, tortilla wrap and pitta. It was a close call between the tortilla wrap and the pitta but in the end the winner was…the tortilla wrap, as it fit our criteria the best!
