have enjoyed learning about the world we live in and especially liked finding out about hedgehogs after one of the children told us they saw one during a family walk.  We decided to look into these beautiful creatures more and learned how they like to sleep for a long time!  An activity we enjoyed was making our very own hedgehogs using dough and pumpkin seeds and we were able to talk about the prickly spikes hedgehogs have.
